Kirstie O’Sullivan

Kirstie has long been fascinated by the power of the human voice to engage minds, influence hearts and incite action.

She is one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s most sought after specialists on the speaking voice for business professionals.

After in-depth personal practice and extensive training in the art and science of voice & performance Kirstie created The Voice Practice upon returning to New Zealand in 2007.

Since then she has consulted across multiple sectors including corporate, education, creative industries, not-for-profit and start up.

As a consultant and facilitator Kirstie designs and delivers solutions to help organisations develop the voice of their people.

As a coach Kirstie is an expert at equipping business speakers to succeed in high performance speaking environments through a flexible, focused and – dare we say it – fun process.

Cameron Rhodes

With more than 28 years’ experience as a professional actor (including over 85 stage productions as a performer, 20 as a director and 15 feature film roles) Cameron knows the business of clear communication, performance development and the effective use of body language and the spoken voice.

Cameron was a Voice and Communication coach for TVNZ from 2005 –2008. His clients included Senior Account Managers and reporters from Business, One News, One Sport, Good Morning and Fair Go.

His communication skills clients include Senior Partners from Kensington Swan, Hesketh Henry, Sutton and Associates, Reporters from 3 News and Sunrise, and Senior Managers across a range of industries.

Cameron’s goal is for you to realise your potential as a clear, confident communicator.
